Can be accepted via PayPal and bank transfer.
If you have chosen a bank transfer payment, you will be asked to pay for your order within 7 days from the order date, otherwise your order will be canceled. Should you wish to extend this payment time, please contact via email. After reciving a payment I will be able to start to work at your order.
I offer express shipping all over the world, on all orders, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. I understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so I make every effort to process your order quickly.
All my regular orders are usually shipped within 7 business days.
In order to offer my customers a premium courier service, all my shipments are carried out through Express Deliveries by UPS. After dispatch, shipping usually takes 5-7 business days for the items to be delivered to your doorstep.
For your safety and security, I do not deliver to APO, FPO or PO box addresses.
Once I ship the order and provide tracking number, it is the responsibility of the customer to follow up with the courier company. In case the order is put on hold by courier company due to any reason, or courier company attempts to deliver order when the customer is not at home, it is customer's responsibility to contact courier company. I recommend you the follow up with courier once you are provided the tracking number.
Once the payment is received, the customer will be notified via email of order confirmation.
VAT, Duty, Custom Fees - Not included in Shipping
Every country has unique costs associated with importation that includes VAT, duty, and other customs fees. The shipping price does not include these. These fees are usually collected by the carrier at the time of delivery. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying
If you receive a demaged product
If you receive your package and the box looks unusually beat up or damaged, please take a photo just in case you find your product damaged inside. This will help with processing the damage claim. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you find a damaged product. I will file a claim with the carrier and work with you to replace the damaged product.
Returns & Refunds
The customer is entitiled for refund/return, in the following cases:
- Wrong product received by the customer
- Products has some defects
- Product damaged in shipping
- Product is tampered
Personalized or other customized product may not be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
I do not accept returns against refunds for custom orders. Please understand that your custom order is specially made for you. All details including size, material, colour are as per your choice and I'm not likely to sell it to anyone else.
